◾I have a Sister who once face a painful challenge at her workplace. She was respected, hardworking, and married, but unfortunately, she started experiencing unwanted sexual advance from her superior and even some male colleagues. This kind of situation is more common than many think, and it brings a lot of stress for women who simply want to work, contribute, and return home to their families in peace.

◾In this article, I want to share her story and the lesson I gave her – advice that can also help any married woman facing similar issues at work.

1. Unwanted Advance From Superiors (masters or bosses) :

Some women find themselves pressured by their bosses who use power or position to demand attention or favors.

Always respond with confidence. Do not give room for suggestive discussions. Make it clear that your priority is your job and your family.

If harassment continues, keep a record (email, message, dates, and times) This may help when reporting officially.

3. Report Through the Right Channels:

Use HR, company ethics lines, or women’s rights group if available. Do not be afraid to seek help.

4. Seek Support From Your Partner:

Communicate with your husband is key, A supportive spouse can give you strength and guid you in decision-making.

5. Know Your Worth

No job is worth your dignity. If the environment becomes too toxic, it is better to work away and find peace elsewhere than to compromise your values.

◾Final World – Advice From My Sister’s Story

When my sister shared her struggle, I reminded her: “Your marriage, your peace, and your dignity are worth more than any position at work”. She stood firm, set boundaries, and eventually, things changed for her.
